Dignitaries, public gather for ribbon cutting event at Woodburn Interchange Project
WOODBURN—Governor Kate Brown was the keynote speaker at a ribbon cutting event on September 14 that celebrated the completion of the Woodburn Interchange and Transit Facility Project. Gov. Kate Brown joined national, state and local dignitaries Monday morning to celebrate the completion of the $70 million Woodburn Interchange Project.

The contractor needs to repair and replace some of ornamental lighting fixtures on the overpass bridge. The lights will be shut off beginning March 11th and could be offline for up to 60 days while replacement parts are shipped.
