Highway 214 Is Closed In Both Directions Following Gas Leak

Posted at 8:41 am

Highway 214 is closed in both directions less than a mile from I-5 (milepost 37.5) in Woodburn following a natural gas main break. The break occurred at the east end of the construction zone of the Woodburn Interchange Project.

The utility company is on the scene to repair the line, but the closure could last for several hours. Traffic is being detoured locally using Country Club Road. Motorists should avoid the area, consider an alternative route or expect delays.
